Package Details, Rules, and Restrictions:

1. General

  • You will be invited to join Goodbye Graffiti Staff and friends aboard our very own fishing boat which we keep in Tofino for the Derby
  • Donations will be encouraged from all participants
  • One entry per person but multiple Donations are happily accepted
  • Only residents of British Columbia, Alberta, Quebec, Ontario, Nova Scotia, Washington, Oregon, are eligible
  • Deadline for entries is TBA, 2010
  • All awards, redemption, travel arrangements, entries and all other related matters will be handled by the Contest Manager at Goodbye Graffiti Inc (CAN)
  • Specifics regarding accomodations, Derby entry and your trip in general will be conveyed to the Winners

2. Winners

  • Winners will be selected from a pool of participants who enter, through our web site or by contacting our office
  • Winners must be 21 years of age or older
  • Names of both participants/winners of each trip must be provided by TBA, 2010
  • Winner(s) who choose to fish in the Derby buy a fishing license for both days and bring warm, dry clothing for the West Coast ocean environment
  • Derby dates are pre-booked so winners will be notified of their dates ASAP after they have been selected
  • We will need confirmation of Winners attendance within 15 days of notification
  • We are not professional guides and we receive no compensation for taking you fishing: you are our guests, if you wish
  • We are not responsible for the Winners inability to attend this charity event

3. Prizes

  • A prize will be awarded to one of all on-line entries received

4. Includes:

  • Two Nights' Accommodation (Tofino House)
  • Two 6 hour Salt Water adventures aboard "Levity" - weather permitting
  • All bait, tackle, fuel etc.
  • Fish cleaned, Freezing and Packing is available on site at an additional charge
  • All you need to buy is a fishing license.
  • Total Value of EACH PRIZE = $3000.00
  • Accommodations- for two people - and is provided free for two nights in Tofino, B.C. at the Tofino House
  • Fishing in our Charity Derby at the Weigh West (optional) is free for two days for both winners
  • There is no cash value for this prize
  • All prizes must be accepted as awarded
  • GGI reserves the right to cancel this event and all related prizes with 30 days notice to the Winners
  • Prizes are not transferable and must be redeemed as awarded
  • This is not a professional guide guiding service - this is the Goodbye Graffiti boat
